Refund Policy

Last updated: April 26, 2026

We want you to love Creator Discipline. If it isn't the right fit, here's exactly how refunds work — clearly and fairly.

In short

  • 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.
  • No free trials — you only pay for what you actually subscribe to.
  • Heavy usage (large credit consumption) may reduce or void eligibility.
  • Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If Creator Discipline isn't the right fit, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no hard feelings.

This applies to your first subscription purchase. Renewals and one-time credit packs follow the rules below.

Refund conditions

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • First subscription within 30 days

Full refund of your initial subscription fee, regardless of reason.

  • Accidental renewal

If a subscription auto-renewed and you didn't intend to continue, contact us within 14 days of the renewal for a full refund — provided the account hasn't been used in the new billing period.

  • Service failure

If a major service issue prevents you from using core features for an extended period and we can't resolve it, you're eligible for a pro-rated refund.

  • Duplicate or incorrect charge

Always refundable — just contact us.

When refunds may be reduced or denied

To keep things fair, refunds may be reduced or denied in these cases:

  • Heavy credit usage

If you've consumed a substantial portion of your AI credits or post quota during the billing period, we may pro-rate your refund based on usage or decline it. As a guideline, more than 50% credit consumption typically voids the full refund.

  • One-time credit packs

Credits are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once added to your account, unless required by law.

  • Renewals after 14 days

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after 14 days. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

  • Terms violations

Accounts terminated for breaching our Terms of Service (fraud, abuse, prohibited content, affiliate fraud, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.

  • Repeated refund requests

We may decline refunds for users with a pattern of subscribe-refund cycles.

  • Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination. Please reach out so we can resolve issues directly.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You have two easy ways to request one:

  1. 1

    Visit paddle.net

Go to paddle.net, enter the email used for the purchase, and follow the link to manage your order or request a refund.

  2. 2

    Email our support team

Email support@creatordiscipline.com with your order email, the date of purchase, and a brief reason. We'll review and coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Please include any order ID or receipt to help us locate your transaction quickly.

Processing times

  • Review

We typically review refund requests within 1–3 business days.

  • Refund issued

Once approved, Paddle processes the refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Funds back on your card

It can take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then access is revoked.
