These Terms govern your use of the Creator Discipline service, operated by Creator Discipline. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Seller legal business name: Creator Discipline. Creator Discipline is the legal business name and seller name for the Creator Discipline service.
The Creator Discipline service ("Service") is provided by Creator Discipline ("we", "us", "our"). When you create an account or use the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Creator Discipline.

To use Creator Discipline, you agree to:
Be eligible
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter into a binding contract.
Provide accurate info
Use a real email and keep your account details up to date.
Keep credentials safe
You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
One account per person
Multiple or duplicate accounts to bypass limits, abuse trials, or game referrals are not allowed.
Acting for an organization
If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, taxes, currencies, invoices, and refunds.
Subscriptions auto-renew
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
Trials convert to paid
Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Credit purchases
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once delivered to your account, except where required by law.
Failed payments
We may suspend access if a renewal payment fails. Update your payment method to restore access.

Our AI features come with shared responsibility:
You own your prompts and outputs
But you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before using or publishing it.
Have rights to your inputs
Only submit content (text, images, media) you have the legal right to use.
Credits are required
Each AI generation consumes credits from your plan or top-ups. Credits don't expire while your account is active.
No misuse
Don't use AI to generate illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, malware, or anything that infringes third-party rights.
Outputs may be imperfect
AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. It's not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
We may filter or refuse
We reserve the right to filter, block, or remove outputs and to suspend accounts that misuse AI features.
If you join our affiliate program, these additional rules apply:
Earn by referring
Get credits when someone signs up and becomes a paying customer using your unique referral link.
No self-referrals
You cannot refer yourself, alternate accounts, or anyone in your household. Self-referrals are detected and forfeited.
Honest promotion only
No spam, no misleading claims, no incentivizing fake signups, and no fraudulent traffic. Don't impersonate Creator Discipline.
Reward limits
We may set caps per user or per period. Rewards from blocked, refunded, or chargeback'd customers are reversed.
No paid search bidding
Don't bid on our brand keywords or run ads using our trademarks without written permission.
Right to remove
We may disqualify referrals, withhold credits, or terminate participation for any abuse or violation of these terms.

You must not, and must not allow others to:
Break the law
Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
Spam or violate platforms
Send spam or violate the terms or community guidelines of any connected platform (Instagram, X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
Infringe rights
Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
Attack the service
Interfere with security or integrity (malware, scraping, probing, DDoS, reverse engineering).
Resell or redistribute
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted.
Bypass limits
Circumvent usage limits, credit allocations, paywalls, or technical restrictions.
Harass others
Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm individuals or groups.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
Your right to leave
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
Effect of termination
Your license ends, scheduled posts stop, and connected integrations are revoked.
Data deletion
We delete your data after a reasonable export window, subject to legal retention requirements.
No refunds for violations
Accounts terminated for breach are not eligible for refunds of unused subscription time or credits.
Surviving terms
Sections covering payments owed, IP, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Our aggregate liability arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid to Paddle in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creator Discipline is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
